It’s been a while since my last post. Yeah, things have been a little busy at times and when its not – I just didn’t want to write anything.
So, what’s been happening lately?
Covid-19. That’s what.
With the pandemic, we’ve started working from home since March.
We’ve been working on the lawn and the garden throughout summer. Harvesting tomatoes, peppers, and bringing in some flowers into the house.
We recently got the vinyl bug and started crate digging for vinyl. Playing albums long since forgotten – or maybe not forgotten, just something we haven’t played in full before.
I’ve been doing a lot of cooking and baking since we’ve been home a lot and we’ve also been really paranoid about how food is made during the pandemic.
We’ve had a few backyard grills and BBQs – just the two of us or with another couple, still limiting contact with humans.
We’ve been to a mall a few times for some errands – and turned around and left when there’s too much people.
Life has changed so much. I haven’t been around a group of people that’s more than 6 – and even then, these folks are always family too.
I’ll try to get the writing groove back on though.
